All services are fitness and educational in nature only and are not medical treatment.

2. Eligibility

By using our platform, you confirm that:

• You are legally eligible to use the services

• You understand that physical exercise involves risk

• You take full responsibility for participating in workouts based on your personal health condition

We recommend consulting a qualified professional before starting any fitness program.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Follow trainer instructions during live and recorded sessions

• Exercise responsibly and within personal limits

• Maintain respectful conduct during live sessions and interactions

Any misuse, misconduct, abuse, or violation of platform rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

4. Payments & Pricing

• Currently, services are offered as one-time purchases

• Subscription-based services may be introduced in the future

• Prices are subject to change at our discretion

All payments, when enabled, may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. We do not store payment information.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases made on the app are strictly non-refundable.

Once a program or service is activated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Schedule conflicts

• Non-attendance of live sessions

In case of genuine technical issues from our side that prevent access to purchased services, users may contact our support team for resolution. Refunds will not be guaranteed and will be handled at our discretion.

6. Live Workout Sessions

• Live sessions are scheduled at fixed times

• Missing sessions does not make users eligible for refunds

• No recordings of live sessions will be provided

• Session timings, trainers, or formats may be modified when required

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform — including videos, workouts, programs, recipes, designs, and written material — is the exclusive property of Shraz Flexible Dieting Solution Pvt. Ltd.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying

• Recording

• Distributing

• Sharing

• Reselling

• Reproducing

any content from the platform.

Any violation will invite strict legal action under applicable Indian laws.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate user access

• Deny service

• Remove users from live sessions

without prior notice if these Terms are violated. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
